hetalia goes to the movies

it can't be denied that I have a thing about messing with movie posters/ads.

left - theme was Egypt & Turkey looking badass with guns. Despite my lack of confidence to paint the guns, I did quite alright.

right - theme was Denmark as Viggo Mortenson from the ROTK poster.
Oh, THIS. This one I have plenty of negative things to talk about.

TL;DR.
At first I wanted to copy the other ROTK poster. I wanted to paint in Norway as Arwen lololol But then again, the idea of painting a group montage was NNNNOOOOOOO.

So we're back on the solo poster. I didn't want to do this at first because I know I would fail on the chainmail part. And I did. Spectacularly. HAVE SUM SHITTY CHAINMAIL OTL

Then I realized nobody would recognize Denmark in this
a- his recognizable hairdo can't be seen
b- he is holding his axe upside down so there goes another visual clue OTL

So I had to depend on the title text for the id purposes. Luckily enough I thought of a perfect replacement for the original title.

The only thing I LIKE about this picture is the background. Because everyone knows I love cheating with sky and epic cloud backgrounds... Esp when there's a good photo reference handy.
